Role Summary:

The Operations & Lean Leader will own the fulfillment of compliance, safety, quality, cost and productivity for the day to day operations of the repair service center

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employees are trained and knowledgeable on compliance

-Ensure EHS & Quality standards are maintained and improved upon

-Ensure all operation cost and productivity metrics are achieved

Alignment and execution to business goals and customer expectations.

Engage cross functional teams to improve on quality, cycle time and productivity by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Structure assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

· At least 3 additional years of experience in a manufacturing leadership position

· Experience in Lean manufacturing/Toyota Production System

· Fluent in English and Japanese
