Looking for an experienced Service Operation Specialist for supporting customer who contacts us for repair/calibration services of Tektronix/Keithley/Fluke products/MVS. Primary, the person will be handling domestic/global customer’s procurement, Logistics and outside vendor management. We are looking for permanent employee who can work full time.
Primary responsibilities – Handle the customer PO, outside vendor PO, receiving, shipping, delivery, and OTD/Quality management along with the customer request.
a) Need at least 10 years of customer service representative (CSR), and/or logistics, purchasing/procurement, import/export, no matter in Sales or Service job. Electronics industry experience is preferred.
b) The person need adequate knowledge of CSR, ERP and office applications such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint. Professional Excel skill is preferred.
c) Good communication skill to customer/partners/Vendors via Japanese/English, and work well with other employees to achieve customer satisfaction. Having a motivation to develop itself and contributing for building strong team as a member are required.
d) Fluent speaking/writing/reading in Japanese and English communication skills (TOEIC 800 points or above is preferred).
