Premium Support Services @Autodesk You will join Premium SupportServices (PSS) group within Customer Success Services and part of our 2000 person Worldwide Field Operations organization a team that valuesprofessional development and rewards high performance. PremiumSupport Services group is responsible for maximizing the success of and returnon investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professionaland customized product support services that help our customers achieve theirbusiness goals whilst maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities * Be the primary voice and advocate for our games customers needs in Japan * Deliver Enterprise Priority Foundational activities. Deliver Enterprise Priority Catalogue activities as defined by the Customer Success Plan * Deliver Enterprise Priority non-catalogue items as defined by catalogue lifecycle process * Maintain EP Health Assessments for assigned accounts for Account Health Reviews * Identify and propose opportunities to position and deliver catalogue items in the Customer Success Plan * Identify opportunities for technology adoption and track to completion * Create, deliver and share relevant content and events * Expand technical relationships * Resolve support issues, problems and root cause analysis that falls outside of the Incident Management team responsibility * Partner with other Designated Support Specialists within Premium Support Services to provide product breadth for our strategic customers

Minimum Qualifications * Advanced knowledge of Media & Entertainment industry needs, pipelines and workflows * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Design or Computer Science * 5 years of experience in related field * Expert knowledge of Autodesk Maya * Additional knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk MotionBuilder, Shotgun and Arnold preferred * Additional knowledge of Unity and Unreal Engine is highly desirable * Familiarity with scripting (eg, C , python, hscript or mel) are an advantage * Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming concepts a plus * Experience troubleshooting software and hardware problems * Comprehensive knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows environments * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently * Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Ability to present technical information to a live or virtual audience * Must be decisive, self-motivated and proactive, possessing strong desire to learn
