UBS Financial Services Business Continuity Manager in Tokyo, Japan

Your role:

Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? We're looking for someone like this to:

  • develop and maintain the Business Continuity program for our Regional Head of Business Continuity Manager

  • partner with our Country Operating Officer and key experts across the organization

  • think strategically, making business cases that hold up over the long term

  • support business activities necessary to enable the organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet regulatory requirements

  • educate and engage BCM responsible people to ensure they are actively involved in their recovery plans

  • liaise with other UBS business and Technology groups to ensure effective coordination with cross-firm initiatives

You'll be working in the APAC Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team. We’re responsible for various strategic projects in APAC, from process management to technology improvement. No two days are the same – planning, analysis, educating, presenting, developing and responding to crisis situation.

  • BCM know-how, you know the processes and technologies by heart
