Symantec Assoc Sales Operations Spec in Tokyo, Japan
Prepare data, graphical and trend analysis for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Assist JAPAN Enterprise sales operation team on forecasts, performance analytics and business management deliverables.
Research, understand, maintain and implement the data governance processes and policies.
Design, Build, Maintain and Enhance Reporting / Analytics Infrastructure for JAPAN sales.
Identify data sources required for analysis, ensuring the data is organized and complete to provide credible results.
Collaborate cross-functionally and support for fiscal year sales planning, such as sales organization chart, territory alignment, name account nomination, etc.
Commercial/Deal support with JAPAN sales
Data visualization, by feeding high-quality PPT slides for regional management level business meetings such as quarterly pipeline generation, deep dive and business review.
Serve as an expert on the data management and reporting capabilities.
2+ years’ experiences in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy and Planning, Reporting and Analytics, Sales Support or similar in Software/IT industries
English communication skills is a must.
Advanced Excel skills is a must.
Experience with Salesforce.com a key advantage.
Familiarity with handling large volumes of data, ability to identify data issues and propose remedial actions.
Great attention to detail, accuracy is a must.
