The Architect manager (Digital) supports their team of Digital Advisors to help customers define and deliver Digital Transformation journeys. They enable their direct reports to have a collaborative and relationship based approach to Dream, Design and Deliver the digital transformation program of change. They have a background of industry expertise and of challenging the status quo to bring innovation, ideation, and spark divergent thinking within their team portfolio. Together with their team they are a key driver of enabling new business models and bring their executive expertise to remove barriers and bring market trends to customer senior leadership teams which enables a shared vision of their digital transformation and journey. The Architect manager and their direct reports play a key role in demand generation within Areas through partnership with Account teams


  • Digital Advisor:

  • The Architect Manager (Digital) enables the team of Digital Advisors to influence the mindset of customers by challenging the status-quo. They develop their team to bring innovative ideas and showcase the unique role that Microsoft can play. They support their direct reports to instigate the Digital Transformation Program of Change with c-level executives to build their digital business, resulting in the digital transformation program of change

  • Change Leadership and Adoption:

  • Lead, support and coach a team of Digital Advisors to bring 100% of Microsoft’s full potential to maximize DT engagements and accelerate customers toward their business goals by helping them to realize their Digital Transformation vision. Provide leadership capabilities to ensure the team will drive a quality digital transformation governance model to lead cultural and organizational change. Measure business progress and take executive decisions rapidly to support your team.

  • Be an Enterprise Services Role Model:

  • Manage team operations including resource and capacity planning, utilization, profitability, people metrics, and expenses. Work across sales, operations, finance, HR, product groups. Track and drive exceptional performance in all areas, including wins, renewals, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, customer satisfaction and delivery of quality customer deliverables. Ensure the team invests in career development whilst rewarding the desire to constantly improve and acquire new skills. Coach teams to be recognized as innovators with strong storytelling abilities to inspire a growth mindset.

  • Business to Technology Strategy:

  • Build the brand of Digital Advisory Services in a geography. Drive the value proposition of a digital transformation strategy and lead local thought leadership events to drive executive engagement. Contribute to the adoption of good practices across both the team and the worldwide organization. Participate in joint account planning with sales teams and regularly review opportunities. Leverage team abilities to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of relevant resources in order to drive solutions/design wins by performing Governance across the portfolio to ensure Quality outcomes.
