Provision of guidance, service and key &
lent items needed for guest’s stay, To solicit guest to join the member club,
To induce guest to accept upgraded accommodation / service, To provide information of hotel facility
& floor or the surrounding area )
work (To confirm the return of key and other lent items, settlement of bills)
✔Dealing with reservation and telephonist duties
(Professionalism / Attitude)
✔To put emphasis on treatment of customers and respond sincerely and quickly to the customers.
✔To be able to develop a trusting relationship with customers for a long term through Front desk operation.
✔To be interested in the jobs for guests from abroad.
✔To be able to address any matters with leadership and a positive attitude.
(Necessary skills & experience)
✔English communication skills ( Intermediate or higher)
✔To have experience of operation of Opera Fidelio or other hotel PMS
