POSITION SUMMARY

Support C2TECOE and MISTC training. Provide standards based instruction in the operational employment and technical integration of Program of Record (POR) C2 systems and the Combat Operation Center (COC). Provide standardized instruction for C2TECOE POIs and courses. Support C2TECOE and MISTC training.

  • Generate, analyze, review, maintain, and submit After Instruction Reports (AIR) to the Academics Manager.

  • Provide BSTEX support for Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph 3.2.7.

  • Assist the Curriculum Developer with developing and maintaining Master Lesson Files (MLFs).

  • Submit recommendations for POI changes for upcoming Course Content Review Boards (CCRBs)/Curriculum Review Boards (CRBs).

  • Recommend revisions to instructional materials, as appropriate.

  • Ensure that the learning environment is safe and conducive to promoting the transfer of learning. Provide remedial instruction to students as required for substandard performance.

  • Review and critique student practical application and test results.

  • Develop, analyze, produce, and review Combat Operations Orders (OpOrders) and supporting appendices and annexes.

  • Produce C2 systems‐based digital and paper‐based analog products in support of POIs and BSTEXs.

  • Complete After Course Reports (ACR). Install, operate, configure, and maintain C2 systems operations and classroom and Combat Operations Center (COC) equipment configuration to support the C2 systems POI and pilot courses.

  • Unpack/pack hardware and components from/to their designated containers and assemble/disassemble hardware and components and provide MTT support as required.

    • must possess an active secret level security clearance.
  • 5-7 years of experience

  • Must be trained on Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design (MCISD)/Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) and Risk Management (RM) (within 30 calendar days of assignment).

  • Must have attended a military or commercial equivalent basic instructor course within the previous three years (commercial equivalent instructor certification courses consist of: college or university on‐line or resident certification course; private company on‐line or resident certification course; or previous public or private school teaching certification).

  • Requires C2TECOE "Instructor Certification" in accordance with (IAW) the C2TECOE Academic SOP.

  • C2 Systems and Applications: Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System Operator Course (AFATDS), SharePoint, Command and Control Personal Computer/Joint Tactical Common Operating (COP) Workstation (C2PC/JTCW), Common Logistics Command and Control Logistics Systems (CLC2S), Identify Dominance Systems (IDS), Combat Operations Center (COC) Capability Sets Version I‐IV (CAPSET Ver.I‐IV), Tactical Common Operating Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Precision Strike System ‐ Special Operating Forces, StrikeLink, C2PC Plans Application Extension (PAE), Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT), Effects Management Tool (EMT), Command Post of The Future (CPOF), Joint Capabilities Release/Joint Battle Command Platform (JCR/JBC‐P), Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS).

  • Digital products produced in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint.

    Education Requirements:

    High school, Bachelor’s degree preferred
