お客様の成功を支援するSales Engineering部門で積極採用を行っています!Sales Engineering部門は当社のクラウドソリューションの提案支援をビジネス/技術的な観点から支援する部隊です。Account Executive(営業)と共にお客様のビジネス課題のヒアリングを行い、ソリューション企画、デモの作成・実施を行いお客様へVisionをご提案します。お客様のビジネスや経営課題に直結した提案を通して、カスタマーサクセスを実現したい方、最先端のテクノロジーが大好きな方など、ご応募をお待ちしております。Role Description: 1.中部地域のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動・お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援・キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、カスタマイズデモの作成と実施・ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成2.各種営業マテリアルの作成・提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けソリューションマップ、業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレートの作成3.セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援Basic Requirements: ・CRM、SFA、Marketing Automationをはじめとした業務ソリューションの提案活動経験 或いは上記ソリューションエリアでのSI提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー、ITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験・上記ソリューションエリアのデモ開発/カスタマイズの経験・2年以上のアプリケーションシステム開発経験・商談、セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
