YOUR IMPACT

The Securities Division enables our clients to buy and sell financial products, raise funding and manage risk. In addition, the division is engaged in facilitating client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency and commodity products worldwide.

The Sales Assistant role is part of the Fixed Income department within the Securities Division. The Assistant will focus on supporting (but not limited to) our Regional Sales team. He or she will be a integral part of the team to help support the daily transaction and create efficiency for sales members.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Support for sales team for trade/client related adminTrade booking / prepare pre-confirmation and send to clientsRegulatory required trade log into internal systemRecieve internal review on client material Follow up documentation execution process and raise request into intenral systemSend market close data, next coupon information etc to the requested clients

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail banking sales or middle office, trade support, operations in a securitiesi firm or bank

JSDA level 1

Native level speaking, writing, and listening skills in Japanese

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment
