  • Define, document and implement operational support programs to assure efficient and effective operations of global accounts.

  • Identify and drive Sales and Business Operations end-to-end process set-up, documentation and engagement models to support the global accounts.

  • Drive and facilitate training for sales and cross-functional sales support teams to assure consistent, clear messaging and availability of training materials and resources.

  • Drive customer solution transitions from Dell's APJ assuring same quality, product and solution in Dell's US & EMEA factory.

  • Identify key leaders and contacts in cross-functional sales support areas (business operations, factory, trade compliance, procurement, supply demand, etc.), liaise with these contacts by evangelizing and educating them on OEM requirements. Gain "go-to" contacts in each organization and define engagement strategies.

  • Drive and participate with global & regional counterparts to assure global capabilities and customer offerings.

  • Manage and operate global tools to facilitate sales activities.

  • Typically responsible for large sized or complex projects and significant components of multiple projects.

  • Impact is on multiple functions or processes and could have global impacts.

  • Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Evaluates and implements best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement.

  • Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives.

  • Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements.

  • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.

  • Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.

  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews.

  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.

  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.

  • Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to build effective teams, lead extended teams and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing.

  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience.

  • At least 8 years of strong program / project management experience.

  • Fluent English and Mandarin.

  • PMP Certification preferred.

  • SI & VAR industry experience is a plus.
