Job Description and Responsibilities:
Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots system problems via telephone or at customer site.
Performs installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed system at customer sites.
Travels as required for the purposes of performing service activities at customer sites.
Updated the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer.
Keep a good record of the progress of the installation and maintenance case by case.
Help the service administrator to maintain a clear record of the part inventory and parts being sold out.
Enforce commitment to ethical and normal business practices in conformity with standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Products supports experiences >5 years’ experiences.
Ability to analyze data and report problems, to complete accurate, comprehensive service reports, and to communicate technical issues to other technical staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (experience to work with foreigners would be nice and TOEIC >550 score)
Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems and knowledge about database.
Advanced level of technical knowledge of electronics.
Must be a self-starter with ambition and initiative, be a team player, and be able to make a good first impression to our customers
