Job Description and Responsibilities:

Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots system problems via telephone or at customer site.

  • Performs installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed system at customer sites.

  • Travels as required for the purposes of performing service activities at customer sites.

  • Updated the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer.

  • Keep a good record of the progress of the installation and maintenance case by case.

  • Help the service administrator to maintain a clear record of the part inventory and parts being sold out.

  • Enforce commitment to ethical and normal business practices in conformity with standards.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

  • Products supports experiences >5 years’ experiences.

  • Ability to analyze data and report problems, to complete accurate, comprehensive service reports, and to communicate technical issues to other technical staff.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (experience to work with foreigners would be nice and TOEIC >550 score)

  • Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.

  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems and knowledge about database.

  • Advanced level of technical knowledge of electronics.

  • Must be a self-starter with ambition and initiative, be a team player, and be able to make a good first impression to our customers
