Mission/purpose of the Job
As Director UD Process and Solutions Management HR drive and support in making UDT HR function SMART and HUMAN through process' and IT solutions and change activites.
You will also coordinate with managers in the rest of the organization in order to secure further development and implementation.
Scope and influence
All related activities in UD Trucks and businesses in Japan should be in-scope
Process & Solutions Long term plan execution
Define and develop process objectives, process and solutions development strategy and roadmap based on business plans and priorities set by UDHR management team.
Drive change through strategic process- and solution road map execution challenging process execution stakeholders
Understand all relevant global projects and determine the benefits for UDT and PULL as needed to benefit UDT. and support for roll out, while driving local iniatiatives..
Out side in prespective:
Bring the best practice from industry and out side the group in the areas of relevant IT solutions.
Budgets, demand management and project management
Manage process- and IT solution budgets within the HR area.
Consolidate all HR IT demands from the business stakeholders and decide on prioritizations/re-prioritizations and execute on projects and enhancements within the assigned IT budget frame.
Manage project within process and solution management scope.
Process management and solution management
Define and develop Process Performance Indicators for the HR processes, report and monitor performance
Assess HR process performance, initiate process audits and proactively propose development actions based on benchmark in order to establish efficient best practice
Suggest prioritization of functional requirements based on business value and criticality as input.
Management and stakeholder interaction
Establish efficient interaction and communication interfaces with all relevant process and solution stakeholders.
Prepare decision material and participate in related decision forum meetings
Support SVP HR on strategic projects and planning
Educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience and knowledge
We prefer that you have extensive business experience from HR, most likely HR positions at different levels in several markets and/or global functions.
Your problem solving mindset and analytical skills are strong, as your interest in process and IT development.
We think excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key requirement for this position to ensure effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
You are an experienced leader that can inspire and involve people to perform as well as an active team worker.
Passion for change management is key
Excellent command in English, verbally and written
Japanese is considered a merit
